This class action lawsuit is being filed on behalf of all of the affected children in the school that were allowed to drink poisonous water for months; this despite the fact that top school officials had received a report that the water was contaminated prior to school starting in Fall 2016.

A recent internal investigation has caused the Butler District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation into the circumstances surrounding this tragedy.

Brendan Lupetin is a partner in the firm of Lupetin & Unatin, a Pennsylvania law firm located in Pittsburgh that represents victims in cases of medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death.
